Our ship of freedom Arcadia, lift off!

I'll never be content with sorrow, or thoughts of yesterday.
I'll spread my wings to meet tomorrow, and simply fly away
A life's too short to spend in waiting, for time to take its toll,
instead I'll spend it celebrating, the freedom of my soul

The road I walk may be of gravel, and on a bed of stone,
but I know every day I travel, my future is my own
So here's goodbye to all the sorrows, that are yesterday
I'm on my way to meet tomorrow, solitude the price I pay

To be free
without a care
to live a life
no matter where
to truly see
and be aware
take on
whatever's there

So there were times when it was hard
to face the night alone
but now the darkness fades away
and here I stand
to greet the brand new day

To be free
without a care
to live a life
no matter where
to truly see
and be aware
take on
whatever's there

So there were times when it was hard
to face the night alone
but now the darkness fades away
and here I stand
to greet the brand new day
